Villas Concierge & Operations Support Agent
The Villas Concierge & Operations Support Agent plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for Villa owners and guests while supporting the daily operations of the property This position blends concierge style guest services with operational support ensuring that villas are prepared guest needs are anticipated and property operations run smoothly The role works closely with the Concierge Housekeeping and Engineering teams assisting with guest arrivals requests property readiness and day to day coordination RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a warm and welcoming first impression for Villa owners and guests delivering attentive concierge style service throughout their stayAssist with guest arrivals check ins orientation and departure coordinationSupport the Concierge team with guest requests reservations activity coordination and personalized service needsServe as an on property hospitality ambassador helping guests navigate amenities services and local experiencesAssist Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure villas are prepared maintained and ready for arrivalsCoordinate deliveries supplies and operational logistics across the Villas propertyMonitor and maintain property readiness and presentation standards in guest facing and operational areasCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure guest needs are anticipated and addressed promptlySupport general villa operations and service coordination during peak arrival and departure periodsREQUIREMENTS Qualications & Experience 23 years of hospitality concierge guest services or operations support experience preferredBackground in luxury hospitality resort operations or concierge services is a plusSkills & Competencies Strong communication organization and guest engagement skillsAbility to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft TeamsKnowledge of Sedona activities dining and experiences is a plusBilingual EnglishSpanish skills are an advantagePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when assisting with supplies deliveries and operational tasksAbility to move throughout the property and assist multiple departments as neededWe are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment If you require reasonable accommodation in performing the job duties as described in the job description discuss with your manager WHAT WE OFFER Support Programs Employee Assistance Program EAP and Calm HealthAs a part time employee you may be eligible to accrue paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws 401k with Company Match Automatic enrollment with a 30 match on the first 10 of contributionsCompetitive pay depending on experiencePart time flexible scheduleMost importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success
