About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team of industry-leading professionals. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least five years of engineering experience. Proven expertise in building consumer web applications or services is essential. Candidates must demonstrate mastery in Python, particularly with Django framework, and possess experience with front-end responsive design using Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar tools. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and cloud services like AWS or Linode is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Additional preferred skills include experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone.js, and proficiency with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, deployment frameworks, scripting, and scheduling jobs will be advantageous.
