A Day in the Life:

• Provide administrative support to the Financial Analysis Team (performing financial calculations and preparing reports etc.).

• UCW Project Forecast for TOR, SLC, VAN Shops (Monthly Updates — Quarterly Reviews).

• Calculate and prepare Metals Forecast for TOR — (bi-weekly).

• Monitor and analyze Project Forecast Portal — prepare Flynn Facades Negatives Report (Monthly).

• Investigate costs in Project Forecast Portal (ongoing as needed).

• Track Manufacturing shop hours by projects — Flynn Facades & NFL; collaborate with the Project Management Team weekly to update labour trackers.

• Produce invoices for internal and for 3rd party companies.

• Ensure procedures are followed for invoicing (USD/CAD).

• Assist the Project Manager with documentation and administration of projects.

• All other duties as required.

What You Bring:

• Completion of a Post-Secondary Business Administration or Finance Program.

• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role considered an asset.

• Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
