Resale Disclosure Manager
The Resale Disclosure Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Resale Disclosure Team including planning organizing and managing the work of the Resale Disclosure Team and facilitating the execution of all related duties What youll accomplish Oversee the work of the Resale Disclosure Team and serve as backup to ensure timely and accurate processing of all resale the completion of real estate closings and the deposit of the associated payments Enhance client satisfaction through the timely and efficient processing of real estate closings including the timely return of completed real estate closings to the community Manage escalated phone calls or email requests from internal departments title companies or onsite teamsUpdate CCMC fees on closing instructions and closing cost summaries congruent with contract changes and disseminate to the AR team for distribution builders and onsite teamsManage requests from team members for the waiver or adjustment of fees in HomeWiseDocsCommunicate with HomeWiseDocs regarding contractual changes to ensure accuracy of disclosuresProvide training for new team members and ongoing training to existing teamEnhance processes to maximize efficiencyTrack performance metrics of the Resale Disclosure team and identify areas of opportunity Additional duties or job functions may be required as necessary What were looking for 5 years experience in accounting accounts receivable or related fieldExcellent customer service positive attitude and ability to perform in a fast paced environment Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi task and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to establish and maintain good working relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingIntermediate MS Excel skills; advanced skill level preferred Good working knowledge of CCMC policies and proceduresStrong computer skills in Windows environment including Outlook and VMSIf driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements What we offer Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and visionWellness programFlexible Spending AccountsCompany matching 401k contributionsPaid time off for vacation holidays medical and volunteeringPaid parental leaveTraining and educational assistanceSupport programs including Employee Assistance Program and Calm HealthOptional benefits including short and long term disability life insurance and pet insurance Most importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success
