Practice Manager — Urgent Care Clinic
Are you a dynamic leader eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Manager to spearhead operations at our Urgent Care Clinic, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities
As Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping clinic operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring a high standard of patient service. Key responsibilities include:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to optimize patient care efficiency
  • Lead scheduling efforts to ensure proper resource allocation
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support teams to uphold service excellence
  • Enforce clinic policies and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage patient feedback alongside the Medical Leadership team
  • Order and oversee medical supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement and budget adherence

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, fostering a supportive work environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development
  • Promote teamwork and communication among all clinic members

Strategic Planning

  • Partner with Regional Leadership to develop and execute key initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strengthen the clinic’s presence and community engagement

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Communication & Collaboration

  • Maintain strong alignment with the District Director and corporate teams

Qualifications

  • Leadership & Team Management — 1-3 years of proven success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams
  • Industry Experience — Background in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis

Self-Starter & Results-Driven — Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and initiative

  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator — Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • Healthcare Knowledge — Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic coding, and terminology
  • Technical Skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel)
  • Availability — Monday-Friday clinic hours with rotating weekend on-call responsibilities and flexibility for clinic operations
  • Education — Degree in Health Management, Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred Software Experience — When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, Envi
