Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and elevate our HR operations. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, you will ensure compliance with employment laws, foster a positive work culture, and champion the professional growth of our employees. This part-time, in-office role is vital in driving talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices within our medical group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Design and lead comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong, engaged workforce.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and managing investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.

• HR Policy Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and industry standards.

• Performance Management & Development: Oversee performance review processes, provide coaching, and create opportunities for professional development to empower employee growth.

• Benefits Administration: Manage competitive benefits programs, leave policies, and compensation structures, ensuring employees are well-informed about their options.

• Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and healthcare industry regulations, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings.

• HR Operations & Strategy: Drive HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic mission, fostering collaboration across departments.

• Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through wellness programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking through professional organizations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5 years of HR experience, including management, with a preference for healthcare or medical group settings.

• Expertise in employment laws and healthcare regulations, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
