As a Business Finance Analyst, you will act as a strategic consultant within the finance department, using advanced data analysis to audit workflows and implement business process improvements. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can leverage financial modeling and process management software to drive organizational efficiency.
The Role
• Lead deep-dive audits across all financial operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven business model enhancements.
• Master business process management (BPM) workflows to identify systemic strengths and weaknesses within the company’s financial structure.
• Architect and design alternative business process workflows, managing the end-to-end implementation and execution of new financial solutions.
• Actively seek performance feedback on new workflows and utilize iterative adjustments to ensure peak operational performance.
• Stay at the forefront of financial technology and ERP software developments to integrate the latest analytical tools into the company environment.
What You’ll Need
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Financial Analysis or Business Process Management, ideally within a Human Services or Healthcare environment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and modern ERP/financial software suites.
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree or MBA highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies for key stakeholders.
• Elite organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority analytical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
