Our client is a leader in manufacturing advanced plain and hydrodynamic materials for industrial and engine applications.Qualified candidates would have experience in sales, engineering, or project management, customer relations, negotiation, and presentation.This is what you would be doing on a daily basis: building customer relationships, representation in front of customers, market study, contract review, new business development, and presentations to prospects.Job Requirements Job Requirements:

  • We are seeking a Key Account Manager to maintain and build customer relationships while ensuring alignment with the Company on all manufacturing strategies
  • Representative of our customers within the site
  • Market study: definition of the relevant market, collection/preparation of market data, analysis of the market data
  • Creation of demand: qualification of customers, communication of products/solutions, selection of inquiries, negotiate contracts
  • Contract review: creation of quotation and follow up, order review, data preparation, sales planning, reporting, monitoring, continuous improvements
  • New business development
  • Benchmarking in comparison with competitors
  • Design, presentation and identification of customer-specific products/solutions
  • Sales planning (quantities, prices, tooling, prototypes, monthly split up, ramp up and slow down curves)
  • Control of receivables
  • Control of stock
  • Customer care (internal and also at the location of the customer)
