About The Role The Agentic AI Developer at Infosys will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, workflow execution, and complex decision-making. This position requires a highly skilled polyglot developer proficient in multiple programming languages and AI frameworks, capable of working on fast-paced and intricate engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting agent reasoning and memory, deploying AI agents into production environments, and integrating these solutions with enterprise APIs and systems. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or have three or more years of progressive experience in lieu of formal education. A Master’s degree in AI or related fields is advantageous. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of IT development experience, with at least two to three years focused on developing and applying generative AI models and tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, LangChain, or LangGraph, along with familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, is essential. Experience with large language model frameworks such as OpenAI, Gemini, or ADK, and expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific applications, are highly desirable. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, natural language processing, and deep learning architectures. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift, participation in open-source projects, relevant industry certifications, and active engagement in technology forums.
