What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk customer calls, ensuring effective resolution
  • Provide real-time support and guidance to call center representatives on job knowledge and complex case handling
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct quality audits and call reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve representative performance
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs and support project management initiatives for process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of behavioral health experience
  • 1+ years of auditing experience
  • 1+ years of call center experience in a healthcare environment
  • 6+ months of experience in a team lead or similar role
  • High School diploma or GED

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and QuickBase
  • Experience in team support and supervisor support
