About Beyond International

Beyond International is a premier Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investment firm and specialized New Commercial Enterprise (NCE) manager. We bridge the gap between global capital and institutional-grade U.S. real estate through a focus on credit-based investment strategies and large-scale development projects. As a leader in real estate-based investment immigration, we manage the entire lifecycle of the EB-5 process, ensuring that investor capital is deployed into high-quality, job-creating entities that meet both financial and immigration milestones. Our firm is recognized for its data-driven approach to market analysis, rigorous underwriting, and a commitment to transparency that builds long-term trust with international investors and institutional partners alike.

About the Role

Join a tech-forward NCE manager where a robust global digital marketing engine delivers high-intent, qualified leads directly to your pipeline, allowing you to focus exclusively on closing and relationship management. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the firm for international investors, converting leads into long-term partners by managing the entire journey from technical EB-5 consultations to successful I-526E and I-829 filings. Supported by a sophisticated real estate credit platform and transparent project portfolio, you will operate in a high-performance environment that rewards top-tier closers with a competitive base salary and an aggressive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Closure & Conversion: Act as the primary closer for inbound global leads. You will conduct professional consultations to explain the EB-5 program, specific project advantages, and our track record as an NCE manager to secure investment commitments.
  • End-to-End Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for High-Net-Worth (HNW) investors. You will guide them through the investment lifecycle, providing regular project updates and ensuring they feel supported from their initial wire transfer through to capital redeployment.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate closely with immigration attorneys and regional center partners to streamline the “Source of Funds” documentation process and ensure all compliance milestones are met for each client file.
  • Pipeline & Activity Tracking: Utilize our CRM to rigorously manage lead progression, maintain consistent follow-up schedules, and provide accurate sales forecasting and conversion data to the executive leadership team.
  • Onsite Investor Relations: Host prospective investors and their representatives for office tours and site visits in our Houston or Irvine locations, building the high-level trust necessary for large-scale investment immigration.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees in Law, Business, or International Relations are a plus.
  • Direct EB-5 Expertise: 3–5 years of professional experience in EB-5 capital raising, investor relations, or investment immigration law.
  • Broad Immigration Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the US immigration landscape, including professional and investment pathways such as H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, NIW, EB-2, and EB-3. Familiarity with global residency programs like European “Gold Cards” is highly valued.
  • Proven Sales Performance: A documented track record of managing long-cycle sales and successfully closing multi-hundred-thousand-dollar investment deals with international clients.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), including TEA designations, priority processing, and concurrent filing nuances.
  • High-Level Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. Bilingual/Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish, or Korean) are highly preferred to match our global lead base.
  • Cultural Intelligence: Significant experience working with international HNWIs and a nuanced understanding of global investment behaviors and expectations.
