- Sign in drivers at the window for pickups
- Track daily pickup activity.
- Process signed BOL”s back into our warehouse software
- Data entryJob Requirements Requirements:
- Microsoft Office experience (Familiar with Word and Excel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Emails
- In office work
- Punctual/Reliable
- Previous office work a plus
- Ideal candidate will have a warehouse/trucking background
- Ideal candidate will have a WMS background
- Good interpersonal skills, there will be face to face communication with drivers as well as communication with customers and brokers via phone.
- Deal with many different internal/external staff on a daily basis
- Works well and communicates with others
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Can maintain a customer service mind set while working in high stress environmentPay Rate: $20/hourRachel Burke
