We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst I to join a collaborative team providing platinum-grade technical support for a hybrid enterprise infrastructure using Microsoft 365, Jira, and advanced cloud communication tools.

The Role

  • Act as the first line of defense for technical inquiries, providing Tier I support for Windows 11 devices and enterprise applications.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets within a domain-based environment using industry-leading platforms like Jira.
  • Provide expert remote troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook/Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Support cloud-based communication and softphone systems such as Avaya to ensure seamless business connectivity.
  • Facilitate user onboarding, including password resets, MFA configuration, account verification, and hardware guidance.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk role within a professional environment.
  • Proven proficiency in supporting Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and the full Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange management, and enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotedly.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset to handle high-priority vendor and internal requests.
