Vice President of Client Success

At Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc. (BBCS) , we are looking for a Vice President of Client Success to lead and elevate our client success organization. This role is critical in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our platform—while driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships that support our mission.
What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Client Success team across Technical Support and Implementation.
- Foster a culture aligned with BBCS core values: Make Quality Personal, Deliver Results, and Excel Through Innovation & Collaboration.
- Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and career development pathways.
Drive Client Success Strategy
- Develop and execute a client success roadmap aligned with BBCS’s growth and product strategy.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences that reduce time-to-value and accelerate adoption.
- Act as the voice of the customer—and the blood banking industry—at the leadership level.
Own Outcomes
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Establish and monitor KPIs through Scorecards (support metrics, implementation timelines, data conversions, etc.).
- Lead EOS-based planning, including quarterly “Rocks,” to ensure alignment and execution.
Operational & Financial Leadership
- Own the Client Success P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
- Optimize team structure to meet evolving business needs.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and continuously improve outcomes.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to drive cohesive client strategies.
- Strengthen feedback loops between clients and product teams to influence innovation.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Be the Escalation Point
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of complex client issues.
- Build trust with clients through transparency, responsiveness, and results.

What You Bring
- Extensive leadership experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related function—preferably in SaaS and/or healthcare technology
- Proven success building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen, including P&L ownership and financial management
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, FDA, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with EOS/Traction or similar operating frameworks is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications in project management, leadership, or related disciplines are a plus
