Job Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing a safe and clean living and learning environment for students, staff and University guests by responding to the daily cleaning and maintenance of housing facilities with a focus on sustainability and customer services. Staff can assume they will execute cleaning duties, moving of furniture, minor repairs, and other duties as assigned which support our daily operations.

Essential Duties
-
Perform the technical support duties of the designated area of hire according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Follow supervisor/assistant supervisor instructions for daily priorities and task completion.

Follow all safety guidelines as trained.

Arrive punctually according to work schedule, and track hours worked correctly through the timekeeping electronic platform.

Communicate regularly and proactively with supervisor about any concerns such personal/sick leave needs, questions regarding procedures or policies, or any challenges which may arise.

Adhere to all expectations and guidelines as specified in the HDS-F Hourly Employee
Salary Range
$16.75 – $17.00
