Support Technician Level 2
Requirements
Must have:
– Expertise in level 2 troubleshooting – Proficiency in Java and application updates – Management of agents and reinstallation capabilities – Data analysis using Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI – Familiarity with Lakeside SysTrack and Microsoft Intune – Experience in system imaging and desktop reconstruction – Strong team leadership and communication skills – Bilingual (French and English)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and rectify critical vulnerabilities on workstations – Troubleshoot and directly resolve complex technical issues – Ensure software availability and optimal system performance – Interpret vulnerability data and produce comprehensive analyses – Monitor, manage, and secure devices using appropriate tools – Perform imaging and reconstruction of systems as required
