Must have:

We seek individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of expertise in software or application development, with advanced knowledge of technical design and best practices in Oracle Cloud technologies (HCM and ERP-PVM). A strong background in BI Publisher, Oracle BI, and OTBI is essential, including skills in RTF design, eText, and data visualization. Proficiency in Oracle 10g, Core Java, JDeveloper, HTML, JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, and PL/SQL is necessary. You should be adept at configuring BPM approval workflows and possess substantial knowledge of software development principles, methodologies (including Agile), and version control systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, combined with excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, are vital. You should also demonstrate significant experience in software testing, quality assurance, and optimizing code.

Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be recognized as a key authority in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder, and other middleware tools. You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of integrations across Oracle SaaS and third-party systems, ensuring a robust API framework. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with engineers, stakeholders, and team members to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications, propose innovative solutions, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Writing advanced, maintainable code that adheres to best practices is expected. Your work will involve efficiently implementing data structures and algorithms, identifying and resolving application issues, and conducting code reviews while providing constructive feedback to maintain a high-quality codebase. You will take charge of small projects, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and team members, as well as contributing to application and software development policies and standards.
