Responsibilities:


As a Designer within our Client Engineering team, I will play a pivotal role in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, Developers, and Business Strategists. My key duties will include: – Developing user-centric designs that synthesize research and client insights to forge lasting connections between users and products, services, and brands. – Leading user sessions with clients and my team, employing modern methods and tools to uncover and prioritize technical challenges, stimulate innovation, and translate concepts into actionable solutions. – Overseeing UX and customer journey design for prioritized use cases, often rethinking work processes for improved outcomes. – Demonstrating a commitment to a growth mindset and continuous learning, I will create concept and process designs to assist clients in addressing business challenges with human-centered solutions. – Advocating for the user to design engaging experiences that align human needs with business goals and technology solutions.
