Must have:
We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with exposure to Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related disciplines. You should have a passion for analytics and data-driven problem solving. Additionally, experience with data extraction and wrangling, as well as familiarity with analytical tools such as Databricks, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, Power BI, or Tableau, is desired. Good communication and presentation skills are essential, along with comfort in working with large datasets and the ability to narrate stories through data. We value independent thinkers who can think creatively, and strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills will be a plus. Basic knowledge of marketing can be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assess the marketing landscape to uncover best practices, shifting trends, and potential opportunities. You will analyze member data to enhance our understanding and anticipation of customer needs and behaviors. Furthermore, you will be tasked with writing and creating business rules for machine learning models to support member personalization. You will prioritize and develop recommendations for strategic initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to advance cross-functional projects. Presenting your analytic findings to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our team’s operations.
