To support this growth, they are looking for a Head of Sales to lead their commercial strategy and build a high-performing sales organisation across key markets.

The Role
As Head of Sales, you will own and scale the company’s global revenue engine. You will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class sales strategy, building regional teams, and establishing scalable processes to support rapid growth.
You will work closely with the executive leadership team to define commercial priorities and unlock new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build & Lead the Global Sales Function
Develop and execute the global sales strategy across multiple markets
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional sales teams
Own global revenue targets and drive predictable pipeline growth
Drive Market Expansion
Identify and prioritize new markets and enterprise opportunities
Establish strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
Build scalable go-to-market frameworks and sales processes
Strategic Leadership
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Provide market insights and feedback to inform product roadmap
Develop sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics
Requirements
10 years of experience in sales leadership within FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services
Proven track record of building and scaling global sales teams
Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth
Experience selling complex enterprise solutions
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating in high-growth or scale-up environments
