What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with inquiries related to coverages and policy benefits
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Support customers with enthusiasm and care to improve their overall experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
