Job Type: Full-time

What We Offer:

  • Home Daily — consistent routes, 2 days off weekly

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,350 (based on miles & stops)

  • Mileage Pay (based on experience): $0.57–$0.65 per mile

  • Extra Pay:

  • $51.50 per backhaul

  • $20 per stop (after the first)

  • $45 minimum for short routes (<96 miles)

  • Holiday Pay: $75 per holiday worked

  • Training: $100/day (1-day ride-along)

  • Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years

  • 24/7 support staff at the distribution center

  • Part-Time Option: 8–36 hours per week (no vacation pay)

Job Details:

  • Shifts: Nights only (start between 8 PM — 2 AM)

  • Schedule: Weekends & holidays required

  • Freight: Dry & refrigerated, no-touch (live unload/drop & hook)

  • Routes: OH, KY, IN (within 250 miles of DC)

  • Equipment: Slip-seat, newer day cab tractors

Requirements:

  • CDL A license

  • Must live within 50 miles of Tipp City, OH (ZIP 45371)

  • Must have personal transportation to/from DC

  • Must be available nights, weekends & holidays (12-hr average shift)
