Vice President of Construction

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Vice President of Construction. The role involves providing strategic leadership across all construction projects, overseeing operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, overseeing construction management activities, managing vendor contracts, and collaborating with project teams. The role also includes ensuring quality standards, mitigating risks, and upholding safety protocols during construction processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Construction Management and Project Management with exposure to large-scale or complex projects
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Contract Negotiation to ensure financial efficiency and compliance
• Demonstrated experience in construction techniques, safety regulation adherence, and quality assurance practices
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in project management or construction are a plus
• Ability to manage remote teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with implementing modern construction technologies and industry best practices is highly desirable
