The Director of Operations and Execution is responsible for the implementation and execution of the company’s strategy, business plans, and key projects. This is a core management role ensuring the company “delivers on its promises and transforms plans into results.” This position continuously improves organizational execution, operational efficiency, and results achievement by building an efficient operational mechanism, strengthening execution management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

I. Strategy and Business Plan Execution

Translate the company’s strategy and annual business objectives into clear and actionable operational plans;

Decompose objectives to various business and functional departments and drive their implementation;

Continuously track execution progress to ensure key objectives are achieved on schedule.

II. Operations Management and Process Optimization

Build and optimize the operations and execution management system;

Promote the standardization, normalization, and continuous improvement of core business processes;

Identify operational bottlenecks and execution obstacles, and drive cross-departmental problem-solving.

III. Execution Control and Performance Management

Establish a results-oriented execution control and performance indicator system (KPI/OKR);

Monitor operational performance and execution deviations through data analysis;

Drive corrective measures to ensure operational objectives are achieved.

IV. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration

Coordinate collaboration among business, sales, marketing, product, technology, and finance departments to advance key tasks;

Overall resource allocation, resolving conflicts and prioritization issues during execution;

Ensure efficient task coordination and closed-loop management across departments.

V. Key Projects and Special Projects Execution

Responsible for the execution management of company-wide key projects, strategic projects, and critical action plans;

Supervise project progress, quality, cost, and risks;

Ensure project outcomes align with company strategy and business objectives.

VI. Problem Management and Operational Risk Control

Establish mechanisms for problem identification, escalation, and resolution;

Respond promptly to operational risks and unforeseen issues during execution;

Support stable company operations and business continuity.

VII. Team Building and Execution Culture Development

Establish and manage operations and execution teams, clearly defining responsibilities and performance goals;

Enhance the team’s capabilities in planning, execution, and problem-solving;

Build an execution culture centered on accountability, results-oriented approach, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Over 20 years of experience in operations management, execution management, or project management;

At least 15 years of experience as an operations manager, execution manager, or PMO-related role;

Successful track record in driving strategic implementation and cross-departmental execution within complex organizations.

Cross-departmental communication and coordination skills;

Team leadership and influence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience at group headquarters or PMO/Operations Management office;

Experience in large-scale operations or organizational change execution;

Familiarity with performance management, project management, or operations analytics tools;

Background in consulting firms or transformation projects is preferred.
