Location: Hybrid OR Remote (East Coast preferred)
Compensation: $80-90,000 annually

We’re partnering with a well-established, mission-driven association seeking a Market Research Analyst to support a growing research function focused on delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders and industry audiences.
This is a highly visible role that blends quantitative and qualitative research, online community engagement, and data storytelling. You’ll have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end while working cross-functionally with teams across the organization.

The Role
This individual will support and execute a wide range of research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and online community-based research. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality, uncovering meaningful insights, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Research Design & Execution
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, discussion boards)
- Support and engage with an online research community, driving participation and insight generation
- Develop discussion guides, questionnaires, and research materials
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data using statistical techniques (e.g., segmentation, trend analysis)
- Synthesize findings into compelling insights and recommendations
- Develop reports, presentations, and visual storytelling outputs (charts, infographics, slides)
Data Quality & Management
- Clean, validate, and manage datasets from multiple sources
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across projects
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to align research with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with external vendors or research partners as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in market research, insights, or data analytics (supplier-side experience preferred)
- Experience designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative research
- Exposure to online research communities or longitudinal engagement platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to turn data into insights
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides (experience with visualization tools a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
