In this position you will…

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Partner Success Director to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing some of our most complex enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for key customers and driving adoption, satisfaction, and expansion. This role is ideal for someone with deep SaaS experience and a passion for helping partners win.

You will be responsible for…

  • Lead post-delivery customer adoption and relationship management for one or more large, enterprise SaaS clients
  • Drive long-term customer success by building trusted relationships, ensuring strong engagement, and serving as a point of escalation
  • Use data and strategic conversations to expand relationships and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and acted on
  • Create and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and provide regular status updates to both customers and internal leadership
  • Oversee renewal conversations and secure contract extensions
  • Become a subject matter expert on Bolt’s solutions and advocate for partner needs in internal product and roadmap discussions

You will require the following qualifications and skills…

  • 10+ years in customer success, partner management, or operational leadership, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-touch customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to tie Bolt’s solutions to customer outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing escalations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by creating solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for in-person partner meetings
  • Experience in the insurance industry, especially P&C
