Assistant Community Manager
ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER StoneRidge Prescott Valley AZ HOAMCO is seeking to hire an Assistant Community Manager for our StoneRidge Community located in Prescott Valley AZ This is a full time in office no remote position working Monday through Friday start and end times are flexible that requires strong customer service attention to detail problem solving skills and a professionalism while attending Board meetings and dealing with our valued residents This position works with the Community Manager the Board of Directors HOAMCO an assigned Accountant and other assigned staff as necessary to conduct administrative management of the community The Assistant Manager will actively support community values vision and philosophies while demonstrating a style of communication that allows residents needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction This position is a heavy Administrative role; requiring proficient Microsoft Suite program skills Multi tasking admin tasks and meeting deadlines We are seeking a professional with an attention to detail Qualifications Associates Degree or other equivalent related experience Preferred not mandatoryAbility to prioritize in a fast paced environmentExcellent customer service skills both verbal and writtenJob Duties Supporting the Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the CommunityThis position works with the Community Manager the Board of Directors HOAMCO an assigned Accountant and other assigned staff to conduct administrative management of the communityKnowledge to maintain all applicable State and Federal regulations and governing documents of the AssociationDevelop and maintain a professional relationship with the Association Board of DirectorsAttend Board meetings as requested and handlingpresented such issues as it relates to each communityAttend all of HOAMCOs appropriate training classes meetings and seminarsReview budgets and evaluate ways to improve service andor cut expensesCreate and prepare complete Board of Directors Packets and Agendas per the direction of the Association Manager including agendas meeting information and newslettersAdhere to procedures for budget variation proposed expenditures and financial statements budget variation proposed expenditures financial statementsOther duties as requestedWHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision Wellness program Flexible Spending Accounts Company matching 401k contributions Paid time off for vacation holidays medical and volunteering Paid parental leave Training and educational assistance Support programs including Employee Assistance Program and Calm Health Optional benefits including short and long term disability life insurance and pet insurance Most importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success About HOAMCO Since 1991 HOAMCO Homeowners Association Management Company has successfully handled every aspect of community association management We manage over 600 communities in six states and are continuing to grow
