Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Office Assistant based in Maine, United States, with the flexibility to work remotely on some days. The Executive Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the executive team, manage office communications, schedule appointments, oversee office equipment usage, and ensure efficient operations. Additional tasks include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting in organizing meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
  • Experience with using and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is a plus
