Role Overview The purpose of this full time internship is to assist with the administrative needs of the New Home Sales Center and provide support to the New Home Coordinator The intern will be responsible for greeting prospects home buyers and homeowners as they arrive ensuring a positive first impression and seamless experience Core Functions Warmly greet all visitors including prospects home buyers and homeowners as they enter the Sales CenterAssist the New Home Coordinator with various administrative tasks including responding to emails phone calls and voicemails promptlyMaintain and organize office facilities to ensure a welcoming environmentSupport the New Home Coordinator by managing the on site up system for sales team members accurately and fairlyHelp set up New Home Tour appointments for the sales team by gathering and organizing necessary information from buyer web inquiriesStrive to learn and remember names and specific details about prospects and homeowners to build genuine relationshipsProvide a friendly and professional presence making everyone feel at home Work Environment & Physical Requirements Vision for near mid range and far as well as hearing for low medium and high pitchRequires physical ability for standing sitting crouching kneeling frequent walking reaching above head and below waistMust have a current and valid drivers license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insuranceTo be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor lawsAbility to lift 5 20 poundsHours & Schedule Part time900am 400pm Monday Thursday1000am 400pm FridayMinimal travel required for company events and inter region collaboration
