BurnAlong is growing in many amazing ways and we could use your help Do you want to run marketing for a Series A B2B tech co that has a killer product and powerful mission to improve peoples health and well being The VP of Marketing at BurnAlong will be responsible for creating a clearly defined marketing customer acquisition and communications strategy that supports business growth and enhances brand awareness This role has a unique cross functional view into engineering content sales marketing content partners and customer success and handles everything from physical events to digital marketing If you like working in a fast paced and collaborative environment and want to help people BurnAlong is the place for you Its our mission to change lives by giving people the health and wellbeing programming and support they needWe are delivering truly innovative solutions that push the boundaries of tech while we transform an industry Most importantly were here to support people and build a supportive and positive community; we are very proud to do so during these challenging times We are looking for a problem solver not just a doer Become part of a culture of integrity collaboration innovation and creativity We win as a team we make big things happen by working together Exceptional and motivated applicants only Join us as we help people & businesses achieve better outcomes Are you ready to lead a team to new heights Do you have a desire to learn and try new things Are you interested in earning equity in a startup that is growing quickly Who you are The ideal candidate needs to be strategic enough to engage in strategy as a member of the executive team and humble enough to roll their sleeves up and run a hands on marketing team day to day That means you are a go to market innovator with a track record of successfully defining and implementing acquisition strategies in a high growth SaaS company You have at least 12 years of diverse marketing experience with five of those in leadership roles Healthcarewellness experience is a plus but not a requirement It is possible that you are currently at the senior director level and are looking to take a big leap forward But no matter your current title you have recently worked in a company that is a market leader with significant revenue growth You also know that creating a high trust high performance environment enables teams to achieve their best Equal parts analytical and creative you run your campaigns with data and your writing and attention to messaging are exceptional Seriously you have also been known to do some meaningful editing You are a skilled communicator who can easily translate complex concepts to best reach your audience Above all you are a player coach you love to strategize plan dig into the work and have fun doing it Key Responsibilities Drive strategic direction across all marketing initiatives and channelsBuild execute and maintain a scalable model to drive sales growth and support the growth of our content partnersProactively identify and develop longer term marketing strategies to result in increased visibility and profitable growthOversee product marketing and help develop product messaging that showcases our product in the marketDevelop mentor recruit and retain our amazing marketing teamProduce marketing collateral blog posts webinars video guides etcKey Requirements 10 years of strategic marketing experience in B2B preferably with an enterprise SaaS HR focused product4 years of proven leadership mentoring and management experienceExperience with brand management performance and digital marketingExtraordinary verbal and communication skillsSolid understanding of market research and data analysis methodsExceptionally well versed in Marketing Automation tools Hubspot etcAbility to produce high quality content under tight deadlinesThis is a career defining role As part of the executive team your responsibilities will include Working closely with the CEOs and leadership teamSetting marketing goals and overseeing all aspects of marketing initiativesManaging a powerhouse team of interdisciplinary marketing professionalsBuilding strong cross functional relationships across the organizationBeing a strategic leader who can leverage data to evaluate act and iterateOwning the full visitor to client funnel and influencing overall customer acquisitionEnsuring the BurnAlong brand is consistently and fully represented at all touchpointsReporting on marketing impact and progress against core business objectivesIf this sounds appealing we would love to hear from you A real human reviews every application
