Torch Cutter / Forklift Operator (Bilingual — English/Spanish)

Location: Houston, TX 77015

Shift: Day Shift (Start time 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM)

Schedule: Monday — Friday (Possible Saturdays)

Overtime: 12–15 hours per week available

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Torch Cutter / Forklift Operator for our Barn Department in the Houston 77015 area. This role requires experience operating a forklift and using a handheld gas cutting torch to cut steel pipes. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial yard environment and performing physically demanding tasks.

⚠️ All candidates will be tested on their ability to cut pipes using a handheld gas cutting torch.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize steel pipes and materials in the yard

• Cut steel pipes using a handheld gas cutting torch according to required measurements

• Measure and mark pipes before cutting

• Load and unload materials safely

• Maintain an organized and clean work area

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

• Assist with general yard and barn department duties as needed

Requirements

✔ Bilingual — English & Spanish required

✔ Previous experience operating a forklift

✔ Experience using a handheld gas cutting torch for cutting pipes or metal

✔ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an industrial outdoor environment

✔ Comfortable working 12–15 hours of overtime weekly

✔ Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays

Work Environment

This position is based in an industrial pipe yard / barn department, where employees will work around heavy materials, equipment, and cutting tools. Candidates must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
