Commercial Security Account Executive | United States of America, Pennsylvania | Remote-Friendly | $53,400 – $80,300

We’re working with a global leader in smart building technology and sustainable security solutions on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-energy hunter to drive new market share by selling cutting-edge electronic security systems, integrated SaaS platforms, and smart building services to commercial clients across Pennsylvania.

The Role

• Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the electronic security and integrated technology space.

• Act as a strategic consultant for commercial clients, designing custom security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and smart building sensors.

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold calling and lead generation to high-stakes executive presentations and final contract negotiations.

• Execute strategic account management by upselling advanced features and system upgrades to existing commercial portfolios.

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborative territory management techniques to ensure consistent quota over-performance.

What You’ll Need

• Proven track record with 2+ years of successful experience in B2B Commercial Sales, specifically within Electronic Security, IT, or Enterprise Technology industries.

• Masterful presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike.

• Deep knowledge of Security-as-a-Service models, integrated hardware systems, and modern SaaS technology platforms.

• Self-motivated “hunter” mentality with documented success in territory management and hitting aggressive sales targets.

• Flexibility for local travel to meet clients on-site and conduct post-installation satisfaction audits.
