Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial planning, develop and manage budgets, and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements. The role includes leading financial reporting processes, analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will collaborate with other executives to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Financial Planning and the development of comprehensive budgets
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements
• Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and excellent Analytical Skills
• Experience in producing accurate and timely Financial Reporting
• Proven ability to lead financial teams and provide strategic insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CPA/ CFA) are highly desirable
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaboratively
