Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Strategic Sales. The VP of Strategic Sales will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, lead the sales team, and identify new growth opportunities. Responsibilities will include developing and executing sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and mentorship to the sales team. The role requires strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated skills in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Experience in Team Leadership, with a focus on guiding, mentoring, and empowering sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of Lead Generation strategies and the ability to implement effective business development plans
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to drive results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Industry experience in consulting, technology, or a related market is highly advantageous
