Role Description
The Senior Financial Operations Manager will oversee the financial operations and strategy of Broadland Property Group. This full-time, remote position involves managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis to support business objectives. Responsibilities include leading audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing accounting systems, and implementing key financial processes to drive operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks, contributing to the company’s sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing audits
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning tools
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and project management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
