Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will assist with managing procurement processes, creating and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Procurement, and managing Purchase Orders
- Knowledge of Purchasing principles and practices
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and team members
- Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with procurement software or tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
