Account Executive | Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid | $55,735 – $65,000 We’re working with a global leader in outsourced food, facilities, and uniform services on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-energy hunter to join a world-class sales organization where your earning potential is truly uncapped.

This is a strategic business development role where you will leverage Salesforce CRM to manage a high-volume pipeline and execute a consultative selling approach. You will be the face of a Fortune 500-level service provider, engaging with C-suite executives and business owners across Los Angeles to deliver tailored facility solutions.

The Role

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle by prospecting, cold calling, and securing new client appointments within an assigned Los Angeles territory.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by utilizing Salesforce to track daily activity and forecast revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth client research and intelligence gathering to design custom service programs that solve complex operational needs.
  • Deliver high-impact sales presentations and coordinate live equipment demos to influence key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal implementation teams to ensure seamless service installation and a premier onboarding experience for new accounts.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales, specifically focused on new account generation and cold calling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and Microsoft Office Suite for professional sales presentations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, combined with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue quotas.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders from front office to CEO.
  • A valid driver’s license and the motivation to maintain a high-frequency field-based prospecting schedule.
