To support this next stage, we are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President (EVP) to partner closely with the CEO and Board, drive enterprise-wide execution, and translate strategy into sustainable results.
Role Overview

The Executive Vice President will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing core business operations, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring disciplined execution across strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and leadership presence.

The ideal candidate has experience operating at scale, working with institutional investors or PE/VC-backed companies, and leading complex organizations through growth, transformation, or international expansion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute company-wide strategy and operational priorities
  • Oversee multiple functional leaders (e.g., Operations, Finance, Strategy, Business Operations, or Regional Teams)
  • Translate long-term strategic objectives into actionable operating plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps
  • Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational scalability
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across teams and geographies
  • Support capital allocation decisions, performance management, and board-level reporting
  • Act as a senior representative of the company with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership talent

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive roles (EVP, SVP, COO, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in scaling organizations, preferably in PE/VC-backed, high-growth, or global environments
  • Strong business acumen across strategy, operations, and financial performance management
  • Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and results-driven environment
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
