Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial strategy, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage financial statements, and develop comprehensive strategies to support the organization’s growth and compliance. Responsibilities also include conducting financial analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and operational efficiencies while collaborating with executive leadership to shape company-wide financial direction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and comprehensive understanding of Finance
- Strong skills in analyzing Financial Statements and completing Financial Reporting
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capacities
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
