The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about greeting guests, managing calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items.
  • Complete assigned administrative work on time and with accuracy
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in reception and office clerical duties preferred
  • High school degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

NOTE : This is an hourly position, working 5 days a week in office, Monday through Friday.

  • Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.
