Executive Vice President of Finance

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the company, including creating and managing financial plans, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, analyzing financial performance, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements. The VP of Finance will also collaborate with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and manage strategic financial plans
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and making informed decisions
• Proven leadership experience in finance-related roles, with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is a plus
