As an Analyst, Guest Intelligence, you will analyze guest-level data to uncover insights that drive growth, retention, and marketing effectiveness. You will work with large datasets to understand guest behaviors, lifecycle patterns, and campaign performance. This role goes beyond reporting – you will help translate data into actionable recommendations that influence CRM, loyalty, and promotional strategies.

This is an ideal role for someone who is technically curious, analytically rigorous, and excited about using data to shape business decisions. ideal candidate has foundational experience in SQL and Tableau, is comfortable working with large datasets, and is eager to continue building technical and analytical expertise. Familiarity with Python and data warehousing concepts (especially Snowflake) is a plus but not required.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL .

What You’ll Do

  • Use SQL to analyze guest-level transactions and behavioral data to uncover trends in frequency, retention, and engagement
  • Support the definition and standardization of guest-level metrics and the development of segmentation frameworks
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to measure campaign impact and guest-level incrementality.
  • Contribute to test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate initiatives and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve guest experience and business performance through data
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering team to ensure guest data is reliable, structured, and scalable.
  • Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the enhancement of reporting tools and methods to improve data storytelling.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience or coursework using SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to move from raw data to insight and recommendation.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis preferred but not required.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
