About The Role Our client, a global leader in supply chain solutions and freight logistics, is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Professional to support a fast-moving and high-volume hiring portfolio. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple concurrent openings, ensuring candidates move efficiently, compliantly, and thoughtfully through every stage of the process. Using structured interviewing, inclusive hiring practices, and strong communication skills, you will advise hiring managers, solve straightforward challenges with sound judgment, and maintain alignment throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and influencing hiring decisions across multiple business units. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams—guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle, sharing labor-market insights, and ensuring alignment with company hiring standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You Will

  • Execute the full hiring process using both automated tools and traditional recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate all stages of full-cycle recruitment, including alignment meetings, candidate interviews, and selection debriefs
  • Source qualified candidates as needed across various job profiles
  • Promote and uphold unbiased, inclusive hiring practices
  • Maintain accuracy in applicant tracking systems and internal databases to ensure organized, accessible candidate information
  • Provide consistent, accurate updates and guidance to hiring managers, TA leadership, and peers
  • Identify potential barriers or risks in the recruiting process and recommend solutions proactively
  • Collaborate closely with peers across the Talent Acquisition and broader HR team
  • Participate actively in team meetings and TA initiatives

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience and/or general Human Resources experience

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a high-volume workload

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Technical proficiency in:

  • Strong organizational skills and task management

  • Maintaining service level agreements

  • Workday (ATS)

  • LinkedIn for sourcing and talent engagement

  • Data entry and general documentation accuracy

  • Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel

  • Customer consulting and stakeholder communication

  • Editing and updating job postings

  • Funnel metrics and reporting

  • Full-cycle recruitment processes

  • Candidate interviewing

  • Behavioral interviewing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing high-volume, entry-level to early-career job profiles
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong customer service and internal client support capabilities
