The Role
The Manager of Program Management works closely with team members to own and successfully implement products and services contracted by our customers. Responsible for high-level external relationship management and acts as customer liaison during delivery of any solution. Strategically focused and responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining customer communication, and the overall management of the customer relationship. Program Managers also act as a liaison between the project team and upper-level management to focus attention on their customer’s projects. This role is self-motivated with experience overseeing the delivery of up to 15 or more project and program team members using project management methodology. They work directly with customers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. This role coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will engage the CTL Account Team as needed to fulfill any unforeseen customer needs.
The Main Responsibilities

Develop integrated program plans and/or project plans that consider multiple deliverables and proactively identify critical impediments to meeting project objectives including interdependencies and gap resolution across all projects within program. Responsible for the management of the overall Program Plan across multiple work streams, products, and solutions.

Define Program’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures.

Assess, manage, and resolve risk to the overall Program. Consider impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of Leadership.

Coordinate plans and decencies across all underlying Project teams supporting the Program deliverables. Responsible for budget and expense control for the Program and strategic alignment of Program to business unit objectives.

Set Program objectives and establish clear measures to successfully define and meet Program deliverables and timelines. Utilize the change control process to track schedule changes to the Program.

Provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership and management support of program that bring value to CTL and our customers. Responsible for building relationships providing strategic value to Customer and Partners.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.

10+ years of related experience, or 8+ years of Program Management experience.

Strong knowledge of project management principles.

Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels within an organization characterized by clarity and brevity.

Leadership, coaching, collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, partnership, problem solving and innovation skills.

Experience that demonstrates knowledge of Business products and services.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$129,639 – $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 – $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 – $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
