About The Role The Business Analyst at CHRISTUS Health will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess an Associate Degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, or related fields. Experience with workflow technical design, report generation, and project management tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
