Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Manager at Mascheck Consulting LLC. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the operational processes that support the sales team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing performance metrics, optimizing operational workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization and workflow improvement
- Experience in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring client support
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Background in sales operations, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is an advantage
