Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a 175-year-old European manufacturer of packaging systems with a facility located in the United States and will report to the U.S. Director of Sales. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record selling Packaging Equipment and/or Packaging Systems into CPG and related manufacturers. The successful candidate must have strong business development and prospecting skills, as well as account management and client retention. It is a remote role with 50% to 60% overnight travel. The ideal individual will be located in the Midwest or Southeastern states.
Responsibilities
- Very strong business development as well as supporting and growing existing customers.
- Coordinate with leadership and technical support to ensure successful customer relationships.
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute the sales strategies through market analysis
Qualifications
- Must have experience selling Packaging Equipment and Systems
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel and prospect in the Region.
- Proven success selling packaging solutions in CPG and related markets.
