Cafe Attendant – Cafe – CGP

Overview Performs any of the various café duties to assemble and serve food and perform sanitation activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures in any of the serving areas according to all guidelines.
• Opens and/or closes the Café.
• Cleans assigned areas/equipment according to organization standards.
• Orders, collects and restocks food supplies in assigned areas.
• Displays and labels food items using menu boards and table top signs.
• Sweeps and mops, as needed.
• Prepares and delivers food for catering.
• Performs catering duties.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
