Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate Director at The Carter Center located in Atlanta, GA. The Senior Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, managing departmental operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission and goals on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Nonprofit Management and International Relations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of Conflict Resolution, domestic and global
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
