Program DirectorEnrollment ServicesThe Program Director for Georgia State University’s CCU-Mellon Foundation Grant manages all aspects of the grant activities, including data collection, report writing, and student coordination. The grant supports students transfer students in the humanities who are transitioning from Perimeter College to Georgia State’s bachelors programs on the Atlanta campus. Student participants are placed in the Mellon-funded Panther Promise Program that helps them build professional skills through on-campus and off campus internships. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES · Responsible for coordination of data, compliance, and security of research project and grant’s data.· Responsible for all aspects of grant management and achieving the goals of the grant project as described in the approved proposal and modifications. It may include writing reports, creating and maintaining budgets, travel, presentations, and purchasing.· Plan trainings and other meetings with the grant foundation or associated universities to share, discuss, and evaluate effectiveness.· Support the creation of a pipeline of humanities students from Perimeter College to baccalaureate programs on the Atlanta campus.· Create professional development opportunities for humanities students.· Develop connections between college and career by helping humanities majors convey the market-ready skills obtained through their coursework.· Develop standard operating manuals and ensure standardized procedures and systematic data collection.· Provide support for other career readiness initiatives as assigned.Qualifications Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of supervisory/management experience; or a combination of education and experience. Or, a bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
